What we process and why
When you send an enquiry, we process the information you provide: your name, company name, email address, phone number, website, project description and any attachment. Fields marked with an asterisk are required by the current contact form. If you prefer not to provide these through the form, you may contact us by email.- Responding to enquiries and preparing proposals: information is used to communicate and consider a potential engagement, including steps requested before entering into a contract. Communication with company representatives may be based on our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry.
- Project delivery and support: information needed to agree, deliver and fulfil contractual obligations.
- Legal obligations: necessary information in contracts, invoices and business records is processed under applicable law.
- Cookie-based analytics and marketing: enabled according to your consent, as described below. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to promotional emails.
Retention, security and recipients
Enquiry information is used to respond and discuss the requested service. Further retention depends on whether an engagement takes place, applicable contractual or legal obligations, and whether information is needed to establish or protect legal claims. You may ask us about the specific retention period for your information using the email above. Authorised personnel and technical service providers may access information to the extent necessary to operate the website, communicate by email or deliver an agreed service. Information may be disclosed to competent authorities when required by law. Google and Meta services are described separately below. - Necessary: basic operation, security and remembering your consent choice. MDT Cookie Consent stores consent settings, including the
mdt_consent_v1cookie. The choice is retained for up to 30 days unless you change it sooner or clear it in your browser. Administrator sign-in may use separate WordPress session cookies. - Analytics — Google Analytics: measures visits, website use and successfully submitted enquiries. The Google Analytics tag loads only after consent to Analytics. Before consent, we do not send Google Analytics measurement signals. Consent Mode v2 starts with optional signals denied and updates them after your choice. Analytics cookies, including
_gaand_ga_*, and tracking an enquiry as a conversion are enabled after consent to Analytics. - Google reCAPTCHA: protects the contact form from automated abuse. It currently loads as necessary form protection, independently of consent to Analytics or Marketing.
